The contact and appointment forms collect the data you voluntarily enter: name, company, business email address, phone, service concerned, preferred slot and message content. This data is delivered by the FormSubmit service (a technical email-sending processor) directly to contact@kariyon-consulting.fr, with no storage in a database by the site.
The site uses Matomo (Matomo Cloud, hosted in the European Union — Germany), an aggregated statistics tool configured without cookies or individual identifiers: number of visits, page views, approximate country and region, device type. No data allowing you to be directly identified is retained for this purpose (see the cookie policy).
This data is used solely to respond to your requests, arrange an appointment and manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) or on the basis of your consent (Article 6.1.a).
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to process the request, then for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact for prospecting purposes, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
The data is intended solely for KARIYON Consulting. It is neither sold, transferred nor shared with third parties.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@kariyon-consulting.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
